MTV.com’s Splash Page blog talks with new The Walking Dead executive producer/ showrunner Glen Mazzara and his plans for the second season, which premieres October 16th, including the season’s main location- Hershel Greene’s farm. Mazzara had this to say:

“Our approach to our group of survivors when they reach Hershel’s farm is that they are a plague unto themselves. Nothing goes right for Hershel once Rick and his band show up. They make the zombie apocalypse look like kids in a candy story”…

Mazzara also brings up the Governor, but doesn’t say much in regards to him. Read the rest of the article here.
