I’ve been able to find gray and black liquid latex at costume shops, and I find the gray best for zombie-ish stuff because you can work with the gray color and you don’t have to do a full cover-up of it. Using the black can be troublesome, as nothing looks THAT necrotic. Of course you can get it in any color, so there are “flesh” color options as well, but they usually sell out around Halloween and some retailers charge a bit more for the fleshy colors.

I’ve never seen the different colors in the stores. I’ll have to look for those.

Great work again Jef! This one reminded me of some of the Thriller zombies.

In regards to the colored Latex, you can also just buy latex pigmenting shades that go along way to create interesting colors of latex. I bought mine a while back from Monster Makers – http://www.monstermakers.com and had a great time creating custom shades of latex.

I’m looking forward to next Friday already.
