Spider-Man vs. Marvel Zombies Video game?
A supposed media leak revealed several new video games that may be under development, the coolest of which is Spider-Man vs. Marvel Zombies. According to the source, the game takes place in the year 2149 in “a warped version of Earth” where everyone’s favorite web-slinging superhero must fight the zombie hordes or become a zombie himself. If this takes place in 2149, wouldn’t Spider-Man be dead?

Well what the 2149 actually refers to is the numerical designation of the alternate reality Marvel Zombies takes place in, not the year. So this either means you play as Marvel Zombies Spidey, or possibly another Spidey from an alternate universe.
exactly right. with the so many variations to the continutity of Marvel Comics, they just make it into an alternate universe. Mainstream is 616, while the Zombie universe is 2149.
