Ken Foree Is Back In Serbian Zombie Film Zone of the Dead

Just came across some new info that Ken Foree is now starring in the Serbian zombie film called Zone of the Dead (aka Zona mrtvih). Here’s the film’s summary from it’s site:
In the industrial town of Pancevo a dangerous biochemical toxine becomes airborne in the middle of the night, poisoning the inhabitants. The infection spreads all over the town and it seems like the Armageddon is happening.
Meanwhile, a police-escorted prisoner transport supervised by Interpol sets off to Belgrade. A seemingly routine assignment escalates into a hellish fight for survival. The route leads the transport through Pancevo, where they encounter an ecological disaster and infected people who are trying to kill them. Interpol agent Mortimer Reyes (Ken Foree) soon realizes that their only chance for escape from the zombie hordes lies in allying with the dangerous, mysterious prisoner.
Beware or be dead…
I’m excited to see what a Serbian viewpoint on zombies would be, and excited to see Foree back in the zombie genre. It’s set for release in Serbia around December, so hopefully we would see it over here not too long after that. But with no North American date, it could be awhile before we see it. We’ll keep you up to date on any info regarding this film. See more photos from Zone of the Dead over at Arrow In The Head News.

A zombie movie that will not have any swearing in it (according to an interview I read).. interesting! Otherwise yes I’m glad to see Ken back in the zombie realm!
since it’s Serbia, I hope they’ll be zombie tundra scenes or some freezing zombies.
Hehe… Serbia isn’t located at the North Pole, you know, or even anywhere near the Arctic Circle. You crazy yanks always crack me up…
