Stubbs The Zombie Coming to XBox Originals
Stubbs the Zombie was one of those quirky video games that never really picked up steam. It’s too bad, as it was one of the only games ever made that lets you play as a zombie instead of killing them. However if you missed it when it originally came out, next week it will be available for download through the Xbox Originals service. Stubbs the Zombie made number 4 on The ZRC’s Top 5 Zombie Video Games of All Time, so check it out if you can!
If I’m not mistaken this is one of those deals where there’s a Zombie Master controlling the undead. That would make it a crossover between the voodoo variety and the Romero type ghouls. I think it’s interesting when these two concepts merge, since they have absolutely nothing to do with one another, but both shares the label “zombie”. And with the craze lately with adopting anything with zombies onto the big screen, I guess I’ll just have to wait and see how it plays out. (I’m not really into video games myself.)
