As you may or may not know, George Romero was originally slated to both write and direct the first
Resident Evil film. He eventually left due to creative differences with the studio, but thanks to the wonders of the internet his
original script is now online. And while you’re at it, you can go read the scripts of a few other zombie movies such as
Dawn of the Dead (1978),
Day of the Dead (1985),
Land of the Dead,
Evil Dead and
Evil Dead II.
That image makes me want to kill myself.
I’ve sat on this script for some years now, but never got to read the thing. I’d love for you people on ZRC to review it, though! (So I don’t have to read the damned thing.) Please include a proper walk through of the entire story too. Did I say pretty please with sugar on top?
