Resident Evil: Degeneration

I’m currently a little perplexed by this. The next Resident Evil movie (Resident Evil: Degeneration) is slated to be released next year. It will feature a new storyline and will no longer have live actors - it will be fully computer animated. Check out the video trailer above - it’s closer to the video games than the previous movies. We’ll keep our eyes on this one and let you know as soon as we know anything else!

Ugh… Well they just lost 1 viewer. Computer Animation will never scare me, I don’t care how “realistic.”
I always have and always will prefer my zombies live action.

I agree with Erin. I mean all this movie is going to be is just a two-hour long cutscene from the video games.

    I am highly disappointed.

Thirded, but I have to disagree with Rob. This looks like gameplay footage from a current gen game, not something that they bothered to pre-render.

Alright, I was disappointed by the low detail levels. But I’m still going to see this if I have to cut off my foot to do it.

It can’t be worse than the Paul Anderson Trilogy, can it?

[...] Resident Evil: Degeneration will not be a sequel to the current movie, but instead have a brand new story line. It is due for release sometime this year. [...]
