Movie seeks extras
Maryland-based filmmaker Gary Ugarek will start shooting his second film this fall in Hagerstown. A major portion of the film, tentatively titled “The Escape,” will be shot at Hagers-town 10 Cineplex.
The film’s director invites area residents to apply to be members of the film’s cast of undead extras. To be considered for a zombie extra, e-mail a photo of yourself and contact information to theescapemovie @yahoo.com. Shooting will begin in late September or early October. Zombie extras are unpaid, but all cast members will be fed.
